Arkadi has been managing his own portfolio in real estate for more than 13 years, and has already been able to implement many significant projects, both in Estonia and abroad. In addition to real estate, Arkadi has extensive experience, both in managing an engineering company and in developing his own projects, as well as experience in the management and construction of so-called turnkey facilities. Today, the total turnover of the group of companies under the leadership of Arkadi is more than 70 million euros.
At Investo, Arkadi is responsible for the search, development and implementation of joint projects.

Vadim has a higher degree in law and has more than 20 years of experience in buying, selling and development of real estate. For the last 15 years he has been managing various successful companies providing financial services such as money transfers, currency exchange and mortgage lending. During his career he has gained extensive experience in administration and execution of large financial transactions. Due to the pedantic approach to working with the investors’ money, as well as following the AML and KYC principles he has impeccable trust on the part of the clients. As a partner of Investo he is responsible for planning, monitoring and legal support of the ongoing transactions.
Denis Kolomenski

Denis has a bachelor`s degree in Business Administration. He has been successfully working in banking for over 10 years and in residential development for almost 20 years. Denis as the principal and main actor has successfully completed many residential developments in Tallinn. As Investo partner Denis is responsible for the search, development and implimentation of the joint residential projects, and also for the conceptual and architecture side of the projects.
Pavel Buchelovsky

Pavel has extensive experience in the financial sector. He has been working in various positions related to financial and investment analysis, including a commercial bank, a family office, a real estate investment management company, as well as an independent consultant. During his career, he has been involved in financing and investment transactions of over 250 million euros. His approach to work is characterised by proficiency, broad-mindedness, independence of judgment, attention to detail and the ability to follow through. At Investo Pavel is responsible for the new and the existing investor relations.
Julia Ferman

Julia has a master’s degree in Administrative Management and Public Law from Tallinn University. She has been successfully working in real estate business for over 10 years. Julia managed the residential department of the head office of one of the largest real estate companies in Estonia. She also has work experience as a TV journalist and a PR agent.
